Three APC land actions approved by Decatur County commissioners

Commissioners signed off on three Area Plan Commission (APC) petitions: APC 2026-3 (two 2.99-acre lots), APC 2026-9 (resubdivision/rezoning for a 6.87-acre tract), and APC 2025-25 (4-acre survey from 112 acres). Each petition passed with the board recording motions in favor.
