Resolution R-2026-13 granted an extension of a prior approval (R-2024-13) for Prince Hall Towns LLC at 2020 Briggs Road (Block 304, Lot 4.02). Mr. Lieberman moved the resolution and it passed on roll call.
Resolution R-2026-14 granted an extension of approval (originally R-2025-8) for JRB Property Group LLC at 445 Elbow Lane (Block 803.04, Lot 12). Mr. Lieberman again moved and the board approved the extension on roll call.
All three resolutions carried; roll call votes were recorded for each item and the motions passed. No public hearings were held at the meeting and no public commenters spoke on these resolutions.
