Laurie Karr presented revised plans for the Buckeye Swim Club (BZC 21‑003) at the 8:30 p.m. time‑certain hearing. The applicant reduced Building A to 17,390 sq ft, set Building B at 10,000 sq ft, and increased the swim building (Building C) to 22,600 sq ft for a total of 49,990 sq ft, complying with the 50,000‑square‑foot cap. The redesign consolidates pump and deck space into a single‑level configuration to better serve high‑school teams and training uses.
