The Bluff Town Council unanimously adopted Fire Restriction Ordinance 2026-04 on June 2, 2026, enacting a "no open fires" restriction and other measures through Oct. 31 unless rescinded; the town attorney noted a state exemption for agricultural burning under statute 65-8-211.
