Clarks trustees move maturing CD to NPAIT
With CD #9308 maturing Oct. 10, the board voted 4-0 on Oct. 8 to transfer the matured funds from the Bank of Clarks to NPAIT; motion made by Trustee Dylan Drummond and seconded by Trustee Christopher Langley.

Trustee Dylan Drummond moved on Oct. 8 to move the funds from Certificate of Deposit #9308, which matures Oct. 10, 2025, from the Bank of Clarks into NPAIT; Trustee Christopher Langley seconded. The board approved the transfer by roll-call vote, with Langley, Drummond, Chairman Donn Glynn and Dyrek Zoucha voting yes and Trustee James Parsons absent.
