HRDC outlines Gartner housing plan, seeks ARPA infrastructure funds
HRDC told commissioners it plans to use up to $300,000 in ARPA‑eligible funds for infrastructure (water, sewer, electric connection fees) as part of a roughly $19.4 million Gartner development that aims to deliver about 36 row homes with a mix of affordability targeted near 100% AMI and income qualification up to 120% AMI.
