At its May 19 meeting, the Goodhue County Health & Human Services Board heard a presentation on the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) from Josh Smith and received an update on South Country Health Alliance (SCHA) from Leota Lind.
