Board schedules public hearing July 6 for Cookamo Sea store site plan
The board accepted a request from JPS Consulting Engineers to schedule a public hearing on the Cookamo Sea store site plan (northwest corner of Dixon Road and State Road 26) for July 6 at 5:00 p.m.; staff noted a stormwater permit application is submitted but review will not begin until payment is received.

At the start of new business the board accepted a request from Rick Burgger of JPS Consulting Engineers to set the Cookamo Sea store site plan for a public hearing. Burgger identified the project’s location at the northwest corner of Dixon Road and State Road 26 and said a traffic study had been submitted to INDOT.
