River Ridge CDD adopts loan amendment, approves $173,367.78 ditch‑cleaning estimate and several administrative items
At its June 25 meeting the River Ridge CDD Board adopted Resolution 2024‑05 to amend use of proceeds of the Series 2024 Note and enter a first amendment to the loan agreement with Synovus Bank; the board also approved an MRI Construction estimate of $173,367.78 for dry retention flow‑way ditch cleaning and approved minutes and financial statements. A $277,550 well estimate from McCullers Construction was discussed but deferred.
