Following newly adopted state legislation (HB7013), the River Ridge CDD approved categories and a Performance Measures/Standards & Annual Reporting Form; the district must post an initial report by Dec. 1, 2025.

District staff told the River Ridge Community Development District Board on Aug. 27 that newly adopted legislation (HB7013) requires special districts to set annual goals and objectives and develop performance measures and standards. Staff recommended three focus categories for Fiscal Year 2025: Community Communication and Engagement; Infrastructure and Facilities Maintenance; and Financial Transparency and Accountability.
