Arnold trustees adopt new water and sewer rates and create code enforcement officer
The Village of Arnold Board adopted Ordinance Nos. 485 and 486 to set new water and sewer rates, and passed Ordinance No. 487 creating a Code Enforcement Officer. The board appointed three enforcement officers and clarified enforcement may occur without a written complaint.
