The Town of Richland Planning Board unanimously approved an amended site plan from J&R Outdoors Inc. to demolish two accessory buildings and build a 35x71-foot pole barn for retail sales and a fish cleaning station, and declared a negative SEQR determination allowing the chairman to sign.

On May 18, 2026, the Town of Richland Planning Board voted unanimously to approve an amended site plan submitted by J&R Outdoors Inc. to demolish two accessory buildings and replace them with a new 35x71-foot pole barn to be used for retail sales and a fish cleaning station. The board also completed the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) and declared a negative SEQR determination, authorizing the chairman to sign.
