Freedom Range Academy scales down Northfield plan; council told permit extension will be needed
Freedom Range Academy told Northfield council it has reduced the proposed building from 15,920 sq. ft. to 12,458 sq. ft., cut bays from 20 to 12, and expects to break ground in spring with about a nine-month build; the developer will need an extension on its one-year permit because prior approvals occurred in late 2022.
