Arkansas Code Revision Commission adopts technical corrections across multiple titles for 2025 session

The commission approved technical corrections in Exhibits G1–G19 covering the Arkansas Constitution and Titles 1–27; notable in-meeting amendments included inserting the phrase “a person who is on” in Exhibit G11 and changing “appointment” to “appoint” in Exhibit G12. Chair Shepherd requested staff search for other references to “emergency session.”
