Council approves slip‑lining, resurfacing, Atwood path and several engineering extensions

Council approved a series of public‑works contracts and change orders including a $163,985 low bid for a sewer slip‑lining project (plus 10% contingency), a $499,017 asphalt resurfacing award, Atwood Park walking path HMA work, a Second Street change order adding bike lanes and concrete repairs, and Stantec engineering extensions for lead‑line replacement and equalization basin services.
