Chairman Keith Fagot recessed the Nov. 12 regular meeting of the Village of Loomis Board of Trustees at 7:01 p.m. to open a hearing on the village’s One‑and‑Six Year Road Plan and invited Shawn Boyd of Miller and Associates to present the plan. Boyd outlined schedule changes that would move Intersection 70 from the original year to 2026 and advance pavement project 65 to 2025.
