The Village of Malcolm Board of Trustees adopted its 2024–25 fiscal budget and unanimously passed Resolution 2024-05 setting the property tax request at a special meeting Sept. 18; the board also approved a $24,000 transfer to the Streets Fund to match Highway Allocation funds.
