Trustee Little moved to open the Budget Hearing and Budget Summary Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m.; the motion carried, and Carmen Standley of HBE presented actual and projected budget numbers to the board. With no public comments recorded, Trustee Little moved to close the public hearing at 6:56 p.m., and the board approved the budget adoption motion 5-0.
