Planning commission recommends ROKmotors conditional use permit for auto sales
The Davison County Planning Commission voted unanimously among members present to recommend that the Board of Adjustment approve a conditional use permit for Robert Carstensen (dba ROKmotors LLC) to operate on-site vehicle sales in the Agricultural District; Carstensen said he plans about 5–15 vehicle sales per year and is pursuing a state dealership license.

The Davison County Planning Commission on Aug. 7, 2025 voted to recommend that the Board of Adjustment approve a conditional use permit for Robert Carstensen, doing business as ROKmotors LLC, to operate vehicle sales at Tract 1 of Carstensen Addition in the NE1/4 of Section 2, T103N R61W in Davison County.
