City outlines Morland Road and Westtown path projects, both targeting 2028 construction
Staff briefed the commission on a 10-ft shared-use path on Morland Road (TAP-funded) and the Westtown Path Phase 2B (federal-funded) to close gaps in the city’s active-transportation network; both projects require easements and coordination with property owners and are targeted for 2028 construction.
