The Duncan Common Council on Wednesday unanimously authorized application for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan from the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona. Mayor Blake moved to approve Resolution 24-09, and Council Member Wearne seconded; the motion carried with all members voting yes.
