Council advances master‑street‑plan amendment to third reading; first reading held for vegetation code change
Ordinance 1170 (master street plan amendment for Milwood and ODM) was read for second reading and scheduled for third reading. Ordinance 1171 (amending Chapter 90, vegetation) received a first reading; the city attorney said it removes a commercial tree‑preservation/road setback requirement.
