Commission approves two rural rezoning requests for small lot creation
The commission voted unanimously to rezone a 2.25-acre parcel at 4809 Albert Fentress Road and a 4.01-acre parcel at 1316 South Dividing Ridge Road from AG-2 to RP-80; Planning Commission recommended both approvals and staff cited dimensional conformity and water availability for the Nelson parcel.
