At its June 16 meeting, the Waushara County Board passed two resolutions: one asking the Wisconsin Counties Association and the state Legislature to expand the definition of allowable forfeiture expenses to include drug‑related treatment, diversion and law‑enforcement program costs, and another recognizing county public safety communications officers as first responders.
