A CTE program representative briefed the board on Career and Technical Education (CTE) activities and metrics tied to the district’s comprehensive improvement plan. The presenter said CTE recorded about 1,792 course enrollments this year, an increase of roughly 50 enrollments from the prior year, and highlighted a range of programs including agriculture (FFA), business education and incubator work, woodworking, health sciences (CNA and phlebotomy coursework), Project Lead The Way (engineering, computer science, biomed), TV/production (BKTV), and Unitech two‑year certification pathways.
