Plain City council approves two commission changes and a procurement resolution

Terry then moved to appoint Nick McCullough to the Planning and Zoning Commission; Mr. Eudaily seconded and the appointment passed by unanimous consent.
On procurement, Mr. Terry moved to waive the second reading of Resolution 06-2025, which authorizes the Village Administrator to purchase equipment through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services cooperative purchasing program and waives the second reading; Mr. Harriman seconded and the motion passed. Terry then moved to approve Resolution 06-2025; Harriman seconded and the resolution was approved by unanimous consent.
