Catskill trustees adopt Home Rule request seeking authority for 4% occupancy tax
The Village of Catskill Board of Trustees voted Feb. 26, 2025 to adopt Resolution #3 of 2025, a Home Rule Request asking the state Assembly to permit the village to impose a 4% occupancy tax under Assembly Bill A422; the resolution takes effect immediately upon adoption and will be forwarded to the Assembly.
