Rangely council tables $200,000 Wolf Creek payment, approves permits and routine items

Council member Tim moved to table the item and Andy seconded; the motion carried by voice vote, deferring the planned release of funds scheduled for Feb. 28, 2025 until staff provides further details.
The council also took the following actions by voice vote:
- Approved the Town Council minutes of Feb. 11, 2025 (motion by Tam; second by Kyle). - Approved the January 2025 income statement (motion by Robby; second by Sean). - Approved a Bleed Green Lancaster No. 17 Foundation special-event permit for a cornhole tournament on March 8, 2025, at CNCC WISE Colorado Room (6–11 p.m.). Meeting remarks stated that funds raised that night will be held for Tristan Scott to help pay for a prosthetic.
