Finance Committee notes Property Fund implementation and says 2025 audit is on schedule
The Anthem Finance Committee recorded that a new Property Fund took effect Jan. 1, 2026 and that the 2025 annual audit by Butler Hansen is underway and on track for presentation at the April Board meeting.

The Finance Committee met March 24, 2026, at the Anthem Civic Building and approved minutes from its January meeting while noting two substantive finance updates. The committee record states that a new Property Fund was implemented on Jan. 1, 2026, and that fixed assets and related depreciation were transferred from the operating fund to that new fund.
