The Kootenai County community development board approved three land‑use items on May 14: a Reedy Creek buffer‑zone action (BAR 25‑0013), a conditional‑use permit for New Life Ministries North (CUP25‑0002) to expand and accommodate up to 220 attendees, and a setback variance for a Westway garage (VAR25‑0016).
