The commission opened the public hearing and heard no comments; Mr. Brandgard moved to certify the amendment favorably to council, Mr. Everling seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
The commission’s action transmits the recommended text changes for council consideration; final adoption would occur at the Town Council meeting per the town’s legislative process.
