St. Louis board approves multiple first-reading items, authorizes ARPA reallocation for water
The Board approved multiple agenda items for first reading including contracts, capital transfers, a Bloomberg-funded youth climate subaward, a $50,000-per-year lease for Homer G. Phillips Senior Apartments, and an amended Board Bill 43 to reappropriate ARPA funds for water infrastructure; all motions were adopted by roll call.
