Jared Westhoff, representing Oquirrh Wood Ranch LLC, presented an updated concept plan to the Fairfield Town Council on April 15, 2026, that he said responds to prior feedback by avoiding higher-density residential development and emphasizing three components: a business park, agricultural-style ranchette lots and future commercial development.
