Hurricane Planning Commission approves four development items, orders follow-up on duplex policy
The commission approved an amended plat for Gateway Commercial Lot 5, a final site plan for Zions Gateway Phase 3, a one-year extension for Sandwater Estates' preliminary plat and an amended final plat for Quail Lake Estates; commissioners also directed staff to report back on duplex/infill policies used by other cities.
