Applicant Tasa McGee introduced herself and said she is in the military and plans to run a family bakery while her husband was deployed. “My name is Tasa McGee and we are military,” she told the commission, adding she wanted a plan to start something for herself and her children when her husband returns.
After no substantive questions from commissioners, the commission closed the public hearing, moved to approve the conditional‑use permit (project 20260269) and recorded the recommendation to forward the permit to the county commissioners. Staff said the final decision will be made by the Board of Commissioners, with the item expected on an August agenda in Richmond Hill.
