The Batavia City Council on Feb. 9 unanimously adopted two zoning ordinances: Ordinance #1‑2026 to establish a new Planned Development District (P‑5) and Ordinance #2‑2026 to rezone six parcels at 26, 60 and 18–22 Evans Street from C‑2 (General Commercial) to C‑3 (Central Commercial).
