Denton County commissioners approve replat, contracts and budget changes, including HOK amendment
The commissioners unanimously approved a replat for Lake Geneva Estates, multiple consent items (including a $17,659 sheriff budget transfer), a $189,100 door-and-locks contract, a $463,500 amendment to fund a land purchase, termination of an online dispute-resolution subscription, and an amendment that raises HOK architectural services to a $4.82 million NTE total.
