Mr. Frizzle told the Limington Planning Board he bought about 8 acres on Mode Road and wants to build a two‑story triplex containing three units, each with three bedrooms and one‑and‑a‑half bathrooms. "Our plan is I bought 8 acres on Mo number one road. I'd like to build a triplex," he said while handing the board copies of his application and building drawings.
