Following a compensation study by Evergreen Solutions LLC, the council adopted Resolution 2026-15 to implement a revised pay plan with a July 1 effective date and approved a budget amendment to fund changes through Sept. 30, 2026. Members highlighted a new minimum hourly rate of $17.50.
