CPC reviews handbook draft, posts coordinator job

Chair Kelly Dionne reported the coordinator position was posted internally and will be opened to the public; she said she will follow up on transferring CPC email and phone access from the previous coordinator and will prepare minutes for the next meeting.
The committee agreed the handbook draft did not require immediate action and that comments should be returned in writing so the document can be finalized and shared with applicants and new members. No formal vote was recorded on the handbook at this meeting.
