Board grants conditional testing reductions for two properties while sewer hookup and remediation proceed

Board members agreed to a compromise: one test in 18 months while the property remains scheduled to connect to sewer, but the maintenance and operations agreement remains required.
At 11 Meadow Spring Drive, Sarah Provost (speaker 5) asked for reducing sampling from quarterly to semiannually. Board members noted consistently high test numbers, asked the maintenance company to provide a report and remediation plan, and required testing one or two months after remediation. If post-remediation tests are satisfactory and the health director signs off, the board will reduce the sampling to twice a year.
Both motions passed unanimously. The health department will monitor compliance and receive required reports from maintenance vendors.
