Township Manager Ray Palmer told the Silver Spring Township Authority on July 17 that residents on North Locust Lane in the North I-81 Sewer Extension Project area experienced property damage and impacts from utility strikes to Xfinity/Comcast cable lines that were not marked by the utility owner as required under Pennsylvania One Call regulations.
