Union City Borough Council approved an update to its Right-to-Know Rules and Regulations on July 23 to clarify procedures for anonymous requests, following a recommendation from Solicitor Wachter. Councilor Osborn moved the update and Councilor Steadman seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
