Yamhill County adopts C-PACE program and appoints MEDP to administer
The board approved a county commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) program under ORS 233.680-685, declared the measure an emergency effective immediately, and unanimously authorized the McMinnville Economic Development Partnership to administer the program for three years; fees and seismic retrofit eligibility were discussed.
