At the April 21 Planning Commission meeting, the applicant and landlord presented revised circulation options for a proposed Grater’s drive‑through at a mixed‑use center near Smith Mill Road. The concept aims to keep drive‑through stacking internal to the private lot and avoid overflow into Woodcrest Way or public right‑of‑way.
