The Board approved a multi-step action plan to address water discoloration problems, including a resident survey, filtration investigations, tank rehabilitation monitoring, potential use of capped wells, pipe inventory, dynamic flushing oversight and a sampling plan, with milestones set between Dec. 15, 2025 and March 1, 2026.
