Union Point accepts $1,254 bid for surplus 1972 firetruck
The City Council accepted a $1,254 bid from Marty Dowdy for a surplus 1972 Ford firetruck and agreed to work with the buyer on removal. The motion to accept was moved by Council Member Jim Scott and seconded by Council Member Teneisha Pinkney; the motion passed unanimously.
