Commission notes demolition progress at 821 Myrick; 207 E. 7th not yet started
At its Nov. 18 meeting the commission was informed that demolition has begun at 821 Myrick Street (the Dinwiddie House) while demolition approved for 207 E. 7th Street has not yet started, Downtown Development Director Don Lively reported.

During old business at the Nov. 18 meeting, Downtown Development Director Don Lively told the commission that demolition has begun at 821 Myrick Street, identified in the minutes as the "Dinwiddie House." He also reported that demolition previously approved at 207 E. 7th Street has not yet begun.
