At the Oct. 24 Smyth County Planning Commission meeting, Clegg Williams, Assistant County Administrator for Development, informed commissioners that the Board of Supervisors had approved the Planning Commission’s recommended amendments to the county Zoning Ordinance concerning zoning fees and an exemption for county-owned solid waste facilities.
