Planning board recommends fence-code changes for River Drive and Victory Drive districts
The Town of Thunderbolt Planning & Zoning Board recommended adding a requirement that fences in the River Drive and Victory Drive districts be constructed of commercial-grade material and removed vinyl from the prohibited list; the board also recommended a construction-ordinance change that the "good side" of fences face outward. Both recommendations passed unanimously.
